I recently sold my house and needed to cancel and change some insurance. I talked to a young lady named Sami who absolutely went out of her way to meet my needs and was amazing at her job! She helped me to change all of my information and she called me back later to let me know that it had all been handled and that I would receive a refund in the mail! Call backs are almost unheard of today and I cannot begin to say how much her kindness was appreciated!"

I can call anytime about the littlest things and everyone there finds my answer. This time around it was for a claim on our roof and a change to our car insurance. "I have secured insurance through State Farm for 3-decades (!) and in 3 different states - Pennsylvania, Iowa and currently Nebraska. Originally carrying auto and renter’s policies through them, I most likely will not drive again (stage IV metastatic cancer currently hinders it), therefore, my needs no longer require auto insurance.

In recent days, Sami Camp, working in Derek Bird’s Plattsmouth, Nebraska, office assisted me with the transfer of renter’s insurance from Iowa. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, friendly, timely with the finished contract. Time and again, Sami proves to be knowledgeable, willing and able to walk through their process remotely - all of which is no small deal for me as if that was not a feasible option, it would mean necessary, costly taxi rides “across town” and back.
